Information about withdrawal

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date:

• on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), have taken possession of the goods, if you ordered one or more goods under a single order and they were delivered at the same time;

• on which you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), have taken possession of the last goods, if you ordered multiple goods under a single order and they were delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. This can be done via email: support@vaylenforce.com.
You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notice of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this agreement, we will reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within 30 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will this reimbursement incur any additional costs for you.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have:

• received the returned goods, or

• you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and at the latest within 30 days from the date on which you informed us of the withdrawal of the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 30-day period expires.
The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by you.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this depreciation is due to handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Reasons for exclusion and lapse of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to agreements:

• for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and are made according to an individual choice or decision of the consumer;

• for the delivery of goods that can quickly perish or have a limited shelf life;

• for the delivery of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed in the contract but which can only be delivered at the earliest 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose value depends on market fluctuations;

• for the delivery of newspapers, magazines, or periodicals, with the exception of subscriptions.

The right of withdrawal lapses prematurely for agreements:

• for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery;

• for the delivery of goods that are inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;

• for the delivery of audio and video recordings and computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been broken after delivery.
